Flooding is possible on Thursday evening as waves from Hurricane Kay begin impacting the area during a high tide. The total water level (waves + tide) is expected to exceed the mild threshold between 7 and 8 PM (above).

Note that wave heights on Saturday will be significantly higher, but the tide will be lower so no flooding is expected.
