StartBlue Ocean Enterprise Accelerator is an immersive four-month program designed to help U.S.-based (or U.S. subsidiary) ocean intelligence startups launch and scale supporting the goals of the NOAA Ocean Enterprise Initiative. This partnership between Scripps Institution of Oceanography and Rady School of Management is aimed at helping researchers like you take their innovative ideas to market.

StartBlue startups gain:

• Ocean entrepreneurship training
• Mentorship with a team of industry and ocean experts
• Facilitated access to select ocean-specific technical facilities and experts to build, test, and refine prototypes
• Connections to regional, national, and global Blue Economy partners
• Opportunity to apply for non-dilutive funding up to $200,000
